Exhibitor Registration/Booth Information
Location of the Conference
Mercury 2008 Conference is being held at beautiful Canyons Resort,
4000 Canyons Resort Drive, Park City, UT 84098. Room rates are $109-$139 per
night, depending on occupancy. Due to the popularity of the event rooms may
fill quickly. Please register for both the event and the hotel at your earliest
possible convenience to ensure availability. The hotel will provide three days
pre- and post-room block at the group rates based upon availability.
Exhibitor Registration
The basic registration fee of $1,500 includes an 8’ exhibit space
with a table and two chairs, wireless internet, registration for two attendees
(additional attendees are $500 each), including breakfast and lunch on Monday
and Tuesday, the Tuesday evening social, and a ¼ page advertisement in our 2008
Mercury Conference User Guide. Your ad should be submitted as a high-resolution
(minimum 300 dpi) PDF to

materials are due by August 1, 2008.
Optional Advertising Opportunities
Your ¼ page ad in the 2008 Mercury Conference User Guide is
included with your registration. However, you may submit a larger ad as
follows:
Upgrade to ½ page -- $150
Upgrade to full page -- $250
Upgrade to full inside cover (front or back, first
come-first served) -- $500
Exhibitor Set-up
All exhibitors may set up their displays and equipment on Monday,
September 8th before 9:00 a.m. Any shipments to the hotel are subject
to a $3.00 fee per box and should not arrive more than six days before the event
(early arrivals are $5.00/box) and should be directed to the following:

Exhibitor Breakdown
The Solutions Expo area is positioned near all the Conference
activities to be easily accessible to attendees. Please do not begin breakdown
prior to the assigned time. Exhibitor breakdown will occur the afternoon of
Tuesday, September 9th.
Exhibit Space Assignment
Exhibit space will be pre-assigned with signage identification upon
arrival on Monday, September 8th. Signage will identify your assigned space.
Exhibit space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis
with preference given to sponsors so please consider our sponsorship
opportunities. Payment must be received by August 1, 2008.
Conference Attire
All activities are business casual except the Tuesday evening
social which will be semi-formal.
Solutions Expo Exhibit Hours
Exhibit booths should be properly staffed during the designated
hours that include breaks scheduled in the Solutions Expo.
