Sponsorship Opportunities

You are a very important part of Mercury Conference 2008: Rising Above. To maximize your company's recognition, FIS has provided numerous sponsorship opportunities for you. All sponsors will receive booth placement based on sponsorship and be prominently displayed in the conference booklet, the conference agenda, signage at the sponsored event or activity, announcements during the appropriate sessions, and in brochures or any other printed materials where appropriate.

Here are the sponsorship opportunities that are available to you. Please note that registering online will allow you to see which opportunities are still available; please remember that all sponsorships are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Refreshment Breaks — $300 each

There will be six refreshment breaks hosted in the Solutions Expo designed to encourage interaction between the exhibitors and the conference attendees. Signage will be displayed at each break identifying the sponsoring exhibitor.

Internet Café — $750

Signage identifying the sponsoring exhibitor will be prominently displayed at this central station of the Solutions Expo where attendees will come through the 3-day event to access the Internet to check email or surf the Web.

Breakfast — $1000 each

Continental breakfasts are scheduled for Monday, September 8th, Tuesday, September 9th, and Wednesday, September 10th. Signage will be displayed at each breakfast identifying the sponsoring exhibitors.

Closing Social — $2500 OR Closing Social with Gondola — $3500

Join FIS in co-sponsoring the closing social which is truly the most entertaining and highlight event of the conference. With almost every attendee participating, your name will be acknowledged at this event along with during the rest of the conference.

To truly leverage your sponsorship of this heavily attended event, you can also sponsor the gondola ride up the mountain to the event location.  All guests will ride Gondola’s to the closing social.  Add the Gondola sponsorship and signage acknowledging your company will be posted in every Gondola and attendees will receive a bottle of water for the ride up with your company name on it.
