Conference 2008 will be held Monday September 8th through Wednesday
September 10th
Registration Fees
FIS has strived to maintain all conference registration fees to minimal amounts.
In fact we guarantee you will receive enough discounts on products and services
to pay for your Conference attendance. Registration fees include all meals,
general sessions, evening receptions and gala events.
- Full Conference Attendance - $1140 (register by July 16th
and save $145)
- Full Conference Attendance for each additional Attendee - $845
- One Day Attendance - $595
New Attendee Orientation
New Attendee Orientation will be held the first morning, Monday September 8th,
during the first session. This session is the best way to begin your
conference experience and get all your questions answered. Designed to introduce
new attendees to the Mercury Conference, you'll come away with a clear
understanding of the benefits of seminars and events, as well as information
about where to go and what to do while you're in Salt Lake City. So if you've
never attended our conference before, please join us and let us make your
experience even more enjoyable.
Hotel Reservations
The Mercury
Conference 2008 will be held in the
Grand Summit lodge at the beautiful Canyons Resort. The Canyons is located in Park City, Utah, home
to many events during the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. Located just 4 miles from
historic Main Street, The Canyons is the closest Park City ski resort to the
Salt Lake City International airport yet close enough to enjoy all the
nightlife, dining and shopping that the town of Park City has to offer. Over 100
bars and restaurants are just minutes away as well as all the other activities
you should expect from a world class four season resort town. The century-old
mining town of Park City will capture you-as it did the rest of the world during
the 2002 Winter Olympic Games.

Tax Exempt
If your credit union qualifies for the "tax exempt" status on your hotel stay,
you will be required to show your tax exempt certificate and pay with a credit
union check or credit union credit card at the time of check-in.

All applicable taxes are included – Driver gratuity is NOT included in our
transfer rates.
Upon arrival at the
Salt Lake Airport, go to the baggage claim area for your airline. While you
are waiting for your luggage, please check in with the Park City
Transportation representative at the Ground Transportation Desk. Our desk in
Terminal 1 (all airlines except Delta/Sky West) is located adjacent to
carousel #3. In Terminal 2 (Delta/Sky West Airlines) our desk is located by
baggage carousel #7, at the far end of the baggage claiming area. Both
desks are very well marked as Park City Transportation. Our representative
will check you in and put you on the next available van to Park City.
Generally we depart the Salt Lake Airport approximately every 20-30 minutes.
If you have paid
round trip, you will be given our local Park City phone number to call to
reconfirm your departure. You must call our office 24-48 hours prior to
departure. We depart Park City every hour on the hour from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m.
daily. Please be advised that the driver may have several pick ups, so you
will be picked up at the top of the hour, or shortly there after. We also
ask that you have your bags outside and be watching for your driver.
Cancellation Policy
All
cancellations to the Mercury Conference must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations received prior to
August 8 2008,
will be refunded in full. Cancellations received between August
8, 2008 and
September 1, 2008
are subject to a 50% service charge. No refund for cancellations received after
September 1, 2008.
All "no shows" will be charged the full amount. Non-payment does not constitute
cancellation. Substitute attendees are allowed at any time without penalty.

Conference Attire
Business casual dress is recommended for the conference.
Conference rooms are generally kept cool, please bring a sweater or jacket to
remain comfortable throughout the sessions.
