What will I be responsible for?
- You control transactions and daily operations.

How will my support for Mercury On-Demand be different than Mercury in-house?
- You will still have the same Mercury Advantage benefits as any Mercury user.
- With your data residing on our server, Mercury Client Services can view your data easily, allowing for efficient diagnosis and issue resolution.
- Mercury Client Services can view the screens and keystrokes you are using, with Terminal Server's remote manager control feature.
- Transitions Services can offer customized training by using the same remote feature.

What happens if my computer fails while I am accessing my data?
- When you are accessing your data you are simply using your computer to attach to our secure server through Terminal Service.
- If your computer fails for any reason, or if you lose your Internet or phone connection, your data is still safe and secure on our server.
- Simply find a computer with Windows 2000 Professional with an Internet connection to access your data from any location, even your home.
