System Requirements
Minimum requirements for Mercury and Mercury on Demand—what you need to run Mercury to its fullest now and in the future.
Smart Deployment and Mercury Network Checklist and Preparation Guide documents are available below.
Mercury is based on Microsoft 32-bit Windows architecture using Microsoft SQL Server2000 as the database engine. Several factors such as processor speed, amount of memory, printer speeds, and bandwidth will affect user perceived performance. Refer to the Smart Deployment document for guidance in building your system's infrastructure.
Your 5 year lifecycle pledge from Fidelity IFS: If you adhere to the Mercury or Mercury on Demand SER specifications, we will support your configuration for five years thereafter. You may be asked to update to the most recent Microsoft Service Packs which apply to that technology, but your Windows version and hardware specification will continue to run successive versions of Mercury for not less than five years. Thereafter, Fidelity IFS retains the right to take advantage of newer hardware and software technologies and to require upgrading to achieve improvements in the Mercury Credit Union Information System.
