mercury symposiums
Mercury is constantly improving! How will you continue to keep up with the abundance of features being added? Attend a Symposium of course. Our professional training will not only help you use Mercury to it's fullest advantage, but it will help you work smarter!

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted to Fidelity National Information Services in writing.
Cancellation fees are calculated based on a percentage of your original charge and the number of days notice given.
>90 days: no fee
45-90 days: 25% fee
15-45 days: 50% fee
<15 days: 100% fee

build your own symposium:
Because we don't know your schedules and needs, we are introducing the ability to build your own symposium. We are very excited about this feature because it allows you and your local peers to identify when you want us to come and what you want us to teach. We require that at least 10 attendees sign up for the full symposium a minimum of 90 days out, otherwise the symposium will be cancelled. All dates requested must be approved by the Transition Services Supervisor to ensure training resources are available.

Once your request has been received, we will contact you and let you know whether the dates have been approved. We will send email advertisements to inform all Mercury clients about the symposium, but contacting the clients in your area is a great way to ensure the minimum attendance requirements are met.
