Remember...
You will still need to print, sign and
mail or fax your IRS Form 6847 to us. The form gives the IRS
permission to release your information to those states that
participate in the Combined State/Federal Filing Program.
We cannot process your taxes until we have the
completed, signed form. You may mail us the original
or fax a copy to us.
